Amber turned 8 in June and Austin turned 4 in June.
Amber played softball in the spring, basketball in the winter and started taking Karate during the summer. She's still taking Karate and loves it ... she says sparring is her favorite part. I've been working with her on wrestling and bare knuckles redneck street fighting since she could walk - she's tough that's for sure!
Austin is still being cool and a chick magnet. He learned to swim this summer in Gulf Shores and wants to go to the beach every weekend. He plans to start tee ball this coming spring - we worked on it over the summer and he can hit good but has no clue on catching. One day he wants us to call him Batman and the next Buzz Lightyear ... I think today is a Batman day :)
Kim is doing well and still teaching Kindergarten at Priceville School. She moved to the new Priceville Elementary School this summer and spent mega hours working on her room. She hauls Amber to Karate just about every day and rarely misses an episode of "All my Children".
I'm just hanging out. I played less golf this last summer than ever before. We built a garage over the summer and that took up most of my time. I would come home from work and bang away at the garage until 9:00pm or so every night. I'm still in school and should have my Masters finished up in April 2002.
