Amber won the 2002 Alabama Karate Circuit Championship - this award is recognized as the State Overall Marshall Arts Champion.  She finished first in the state in Sparring, second in the state in Forms and second in the state in Weapons.  She really kicked butt!  She's working hard in Jujitsu on the ground fighting.  The other night she was practicing arm bars on me and my arm's been hurting for the past couple of weeks.  Austin don't stand much of a chance but he still gives it his all :)  Her instructor, who was a fighter in UFC 14 for all you Ultimate Fighting Championship fans, said Amber is a blonde with the temper of a redhead.  She spars and grapples against boys as-much-as girls with most of them bigger and higher belts.
